Meet Neil Liddell

Neil’s career began in Mechanical Engineering. He then progressed through a number of advancing roles and has enjoyed developing, selling and servicing companies all over the UK, Europe and Middle East. It is from this experience that Neil has developed a strong grasp of ‘Real World’ sales issues, he has failed just as many times he has succeeded and nobody knows more than he does that the traditional sales process is flawed.

Treading the line of mediocrity is not where Sandler Training’s Managing Director Neil Liddell wants to be. “Reasonably effective sales and management training comes from treading the same path of many others. To be more than just adequate (your competitors are adequate too) you have to be daring, brave, and willing to invest in yourself, not just in new photocopiers or a nice Mercedes car, but in your own growth.
